Mitsuru Chiyotanda (千代反田 充, Chiyotanda Mitsuru, born June 1, 1980) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a defender, helping his teams protect their goal.

Starting His Football Path
Mitsuru Chiyotanda began his football journey in high school, playing for Higashi Fukuoka High School. After that, he continued to play football while attending the University of Tsukuba. These early years helped him develop his skills and prepare for a professional career.
Playing for Different Teams
Mitsuru Chiyotanda played for several professional football clubs in Japan. His career started in 2003 with Avispa Fukuoka. He spent four years there, playing many games and even scoring some goals.
After Avispa Fukuoka, he moved to Albirex Niigata in 2007. He played there for three seasons, continuing to be a strong defender for his team.
In 2010, Mitsuru joined Nagoya Grampus. This was a very successful time for him and the team. They won the J1 League championship in 2010, which is a big achievement in Japanese football. They also finished as runners-up in 2011.
Later in his career, he played for Júbilo Iwata in 2012 and then for Tokushima Vortis from 2013 to 2014. He retired from professional football after the 2014 season.
