Mohamed Younis was born in Ismailia, Egypt. He became a professional football player, focusing on defending his team's goal. Defenders are very important because they stop the other team from scoring. Younis played for many different teams throughout his career.
Early Career and ENPPI
Mohamed Younis started his football journey with the youth team of Ismaily. He then joined Ismaily's main team in 1998 and played there until 2004. After that, he moved to ENPPI Club in 2004. He spent five years playing for ENPPI and even became the team's captain. Being a captain means he was a leader on the field.
Moving to New Clubs
In 2007, Mohamed Younis left ENPPI and joined El-Masria Lalettesalat. He played there for three years. In July 2010, he made a big move to one of Egypt's most famous clubs, Zamalek. He joined Zamalek as a free agent, which means his contract with his previous club had ended, and he could sign with a new team without a transfer fee.
However, Younis did not play much for Zamalek. So, in the summer of 2011, he was transferred to Petrojet. He played for Petrojet until 2013.
Playing for Al-Ittihad Al-Sakndary
After his time at Petrojet, Mohamed Younis joined Al-Ittihad Al-Sakndary in 2013. This was his last known club where he continued to play as a defender. He was a dedicated player who contributed to his teams' defense for many years in Egyptian football.
