Mohammad Abshak's Football Journey
Mohammad Abshak began his football journey with the youth team of Sepidrood. He played there for three seasons, learning important skills.
Starting Out: Early Club Career
In 2007, after his time with Sepidrood, Mohammad joined Pegah. This team had just moved up to the top football league in Iran, called the Iran Pro League. However, Mohammad could not play any games for Pegah at that time.
Playing for Damash Gilan
In 2008, Mohammad returned to Pegah. Soon after, in October 2008, the club was sold and changed its name to Damash Gilan. The next season, Damash Gilan moved down to a lower league, the Azadegan League.
A new coach, Firouz Karimi, joined the team. Mohammad Abshak worked hard and showed his skills to the new coach. He became a regular player, starting in most of the games. He was a key player for Damash Gilan for many years. He played 85 games for them and scored 3 goals.
Moving to Other Teams
After playing for Damash Gilan, Mohammad Abshak joined several other football clubs. He played for Mes Kerman and Rah Ahan. Later, he moved to Malavan, where he played 32 games.
He also played for Baadraan and Nassaji Mazandaran. From 2019 to 2024, Mohammad was a key player for Foolad. He played 113 games for Foolad, scoring 1 goal. In 2024, he joined Esteghlal Khuzestan.
