Mohammad Hassan Ebrahimi (Persian: محمد حسن ابراهیمی; born on November 1, 1986) is a former Iranian footballer. He played as a forward, which means his main job was to score goals for his team. He is well-known for his time playing for several clubs in Iran.

Club Career Highlights

Mohammad Ebrahimi started his professional football journey with a club called Mokhaberat Shiraz. After playing there for one season, he joined Tractor in 2009. Tractor became a very important club for him. He played many games for them over several years, scoring a good number of goals.

In December 2014, Mohammad Ebrahimi moved to Gostaresh Foulad. He played there for a couple of seasons, continuing to show his skills as a forward. After his time at Gostaresh Foulad, he returned to Tractor in the summer of 2016. He continued to play for Tractor until 2018.

Later in his career, he also played for other clubs like Oxin Alborz, Sepahan, Pars Jonoubi, Shahin Bushehr, and Machine Sazi. He officially stopped playing professional football in 2021.

International Career

Mohammad Ebrahimi also had the chance to play for his country. He made his first appearance for the Iran national football team in April 2012. This was in a match against the Albania team. He played a total of four games for Iran.
