Mohammad Iranpourian started his football journey in youth teams. From 2004 to 2007, he played for Mersad in their youth setup. This helped him prepare for professional football.

Mohammad Iranpourian began his senior career in 2007. He joined Mersad and played for one season. After that, in 2008, he moved to Moghavemat Sepasi. He played there for two seasons, from 2008 to 2010.
