Monique Dupree (born December 10, 1974) is an American actress, professional wrestling personality, and singer. She is known by her nickname, "Tha True Original GATA."
Dupree has appeared in many movies and is also famous in the world of professional wrestling. She worked for Tommy Dreamer's company, House of Hardcore, where she was known as "The Heart and Soul of House of Hardcore." She earned this title because she worked hard both on camera and behind the scenes. Her brother is the actor Tony Todd, who is famous for playing the Candyman.

Monique Dupree was born in Newark, New Jersey. She is married to author Anthony Saint Thomas, and they have ten children.

Acting and Modeling
Dupree began her career as a model and appeared in several magazines. She also worked as a model for comic books.
She has a long history of working with the film company Troma Entertainment. She was the first African American "Tromette," which is a name for actresses and models who promote Troma films. She was a Tromette four different times.
Over the years, Dupree has appeared in many films. Some of her roles were uncredited, meaning her name didn't appear in the final credits. She had small parts in big movies like Lean on Me (1989), The Replacements (2000), and Step Up 3D (2010). One of her best-known roles was as Emerald in the movie Bachelor Party in the ... of the Damned.

Professional Wrestling Career
Dupree has been a major figure in independent wrestling for many years, especially with the House of Hardcore (HOH) promotion. From 2013 to 2019, she was a regular presence at HOH events. She often worked as a valet, a person who accompanies a wrestler to the ring. She was part of a team called the "Double Duprees."
Because of her dedication, HOH owner Tommy Dreamer called her "The Heart and Soul of House of Hardcore." She not only performed in front of the crowd but also helped manage social media and worked as a production assistant behind the scenes.
In 2023, Dupree took on a new role in wrestling. She became the Commissioner for a company called New Wrestling Revolution (NWR). As a commissioner, she acts as an on-screen authority figure who makes rules and decisions for the events.
