The Mooresville Graded School District is a public school system in Mooresville, North Carolina. It started in 1905. This school district is well-known for using a digital learning program early on. This program gives each student a laptop. It also helps teachers use these laptops in their daily lessons.

Digital Learning Program
The Mooresville Graded School District uses a special digital learning program. They lease MacBook Air laptops from Apple. Every student in the district gets their own laptop to use. This helps them learn in new and exciting ways.
The program also helps students from families with lower incomes. It makes sure they can get internet access at a very low cost. This way, all students can use their laptops at home too. This program has helped students do much better in school. Their graduation rates and test scores have gone up a lot. The school district is now one of the best in North Carolina for student success.

District Leadership
In 2013, the leader of the Mooresville Graded School District was Dr. Mark Edwards. He was named the National Superintendent of the Year. This award came from the American Association of School Administrators. It recognized his great work in leading the district.
