Motoki Kawasaki (川崎 元気, Kawasaki Motoki, born February 2, 1979) is a former Japanese football player. He played as a midfielder for many different clubs in Japan. He was known for his skills in the middle of the field.
Motoki Kawasaki's Football Journey
Motoki Kawasaki was born in Oita Prefecture, Japan. His birthday is February 2, 1979. He started his football journey in 1997. After finishing high school, he joined a local team. This team was called Oita Trinity. They played in the Japan Football League.
Motoki quickly became an important player. He played many games as an offensive midfielder. His strong play helped Oita Trinity get promoted. In 1999, they moved up to the new J2 League.
In July 2001, Motoki moved to Gamba Osaka. This club played in the top league, J1 League. However, he did not get to play in any matches for them.
In 2002, he joined Sagan Tosu. This was another J2 League team. Here, Motoki became a regular player again. He played often for two seasons as an offensive midfielder.
Later, in 2004, he moved to ALO'S Hokuriku. This team was in the Japan Football League (JFL). He played many games in 2004. But his chances to play became fewer in 2005.
In 2006, he moved to Banditonce Kobe. This club was in the Japanese Regional Leagues. He played as a regular player for two seasons there.
In 2008, he joined V-Varen Nagasaki. This team was also in the Regional Leagues. Motoki played in many matches for them. His team was promoted to the JFL in 2009. He decided to stop playing football at the end of the 2010 season.
