The story of Mrs Mac's began in the 1950s. A man named Ken Macgregor started a small business. He made cakes, yeast buns, and pies in Melbourne.
Moving to Perth
By 1954, Ken Macgregor moved his family to Perth. He restarted his business there. It was called "Bakewell Pies" back then.
Growing the Business
In 1968, the business moved to its current site in Morley. Ken's son, Iain Macgregor, took over. The company grew a lot in the late 1980s. They started using new technology. They also made many new products. That's when the company changed its name to Mrs Mac's.
New Leaders
