The Mullsjö Secondary School (called Mullsjö gymnasieskola in Swedish) was a special high school in Mullsjö, Sweden. It opened its doors for students in the school year 1997-1998. In its later years, it became a boarding school, which means students lived there. It was especially known for young floorball players.
A Home for Floorball Stars
Mullsjö Secondary School became very famous for its floorball program. It was a boarding school where young floorball players could live and train. This helped them become really good at the sport.
The school's boys' floorball teams were incredibly successful. They won the Boys' Floorball World Championship three times! These big wins happened in 2007, 2009, and 2011.
Why Did the School Close?
Even with its success, the Mullsjö Secondary School eventually closed down. On October 26, 2010, the local government group, called the Mullsjö Municipal Council, made a decision. They voted to close the school after the 2010-2011 school year. This meant the school's last students finished their studies in 2011.
