Mumindalen (TV series) facts for kids

Mumindalen (which means "Moominvalley") is a fun TV show from 1973. It was also called Jul i Mumindalen ("Christmas in Moominvalley"). This series was a special Sveriges Television's Christmas calendar. It brought the beloved Moomin characters to life! What made it unique? Real actors wore Moomin suits, and their voices were added later. The show first aired in Finland and was spoken in Swedish.

If you want to watch the adventures of the Moomins, this series was released for home viewing. It became available on VHS and DVD on October 26, 2005.
