My Almost Famous Family is a fun British children's television series. The BBC made it, and it first showed on CBBC and BBC Two. It aired from September 12 to November 21, 2009. There was only one series of the show.
About the Show
This TV series had 11 episodes. It was all about a family with five kids and their parents. They were a blended family, meaning they had kids from different parents coming together. This family was also a band called 'We're in Perfect Harmony'. They were the house band for a pretend chat show. Many writers helped create the show, like Gail Renard and Emma Reeves.

Richie Webb was the musical director for the show. He is a composer and performer. He has also worked on other BBC shows.
The main song for the show was called 'Almost Famous'. Richie Webb, Steve Young, and Tom Nichols wrote it. Tim Baxter wrote and recorded the other music you hear in the show.

On April 17, 2010, the BBC launched a special website for My Almost Famous Family. It was on the CBBC website. You could find 16 fun games there. There were also music videos and songs from the show to enjoy.

- Dominique Moore as Aretha Swann: She is Shalondra's daughter and the main singer.
- Matthew Jacobs Morgan as Isaac Swann: He is Shalondra's son and plays the drums.
- Rachel Brady as Martha Swann: She is Gary and Shalondra's daughter. Martha is deaf and uses sign language to talk.

- Alice Henley as Annabelle: She is the host of 'The Totally Annabelle Show'. The family band plays on her show.
