Nadadores is a city located in the northern part of Mexico. It is in the state of Coahuila. This city is also the main center for the area around it, which is called a municipality.
Nadadores is found at 27°3′48″N 101°35′37″W / 27.06333°N 101.59361°W. This is in the central part of the state. The city is about 30 kilometers (18 miles) north-west of Monclova. You can reach it by traveling on Federal Highway 30.
In the year 2000, about 5,949 people lived in Nadadores.
A Notable Event in Nadadores
On September 10, 2007, a large accidental explosion happened in Nadadores. This event involved about 22 tons of a material called Ammonium Nitrate. The explosion caused a big crater in the ground. This crater was about 23 meters (75 feet) wide and 3 meters (10 feet) deep. The force of the blast also caused damage to buildings and the area up to 500 meters (1,640 feet) away.
