Nadia Buari (born on November 21, 1982) is a famous actress from Ghana. She is known for her roles in both Ghanaian movies and Nigerian movies, often called "Nollywood." For her great acting, she was nominated twice for the Best Actress award at the Africa Movie Academy Awards in 2009.

Early Life and Education
Nadia Buari was born in Sekondi-Takoradi, a city in Ghana. Her father is Sidiku Buari and her mother is Hajia Buari. She has five siblings: Malik, Ayisha, Shaida, Jameel, and Jeed.
For her education, she went to Mfantsiman Girls' Secondary School. Later, she studied Performing Arts at the University of Ghana. During her time at the university, she was very active in drama and dance clubs. She graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, which helped prepare her for a career in acting.
Acting Career
Nadia's acting career began in 2005 on a Ghanaian TV show called Games People Play. Her performance on the show earned her a nomination for best actress. This was just the start of her journey to becoming a movie star.
Her first big movie was Mummy's Daughter. Soon after, she starred in Beyonce: The President's Daughter. Her role as "Beyonce" in this film was a major breakthrough and made her very popular. Since then, she has appeared in more than 20 movies. In 2013, she even produced her own movie, called The Diary of Imogene Brown.
Success in Nollywood
Around 2008, Nadia started acting in Nollywood, which is the name for Nigeria's film industry. Her first big Nollywood movie was Beyonce & Rihanna. In the film, she played the character of Beyonce, while famous Nigerian actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde played Rihanna. The movie was a huge hit in both Ghana and Nigeria.
She became well-known for acting alongside Nollywood star Jim Iyke in several popular films. Some of her other famous Nollywood movies include Rough Rider, Beauty and the Beast, Holding Hope, and Single and Married.
Other Work
Besides acting, Nadia has also worked as a brand ambassador. In 2013, she became an ambassador for a company called Tablet India Limited (TIL).
Personal Life
Nadia Buari is married and has four children. She has said that her mother was a huge support, helping her balance her career as an actress with her role as a mother.
