The bridge was added to the National Register on April 14, 2015. It is near the town of Wellington. This bridge is special because it shows how roads and travel have changed over time. It crossed the Salt Fork of the Red River as well. However, this bridge has since been taken down. Even though it is gone, its history is still remembered. It was once an important part of the area's heritage.
