The Old Red Schoolhouse is a historic building located at 100 West San Jacinto in the town of Trinity. This old schoolhouse was added to the National Register of Historic Places on August 10, 2005. Imagine all the students who learned and played here over the years! It's a great example of an old school building.

Riverside Swinging Bridge

The Riverside Swinging Bridge is a cool historic bridge found northeast of Riverside. It was added to the National Register on September 12, 1979. This bridge is unique because it actually stretches into Walker County too! It's a fun piece of history that connects two areas.

State Highway 19 Bridge at Trinity River

Another important bridge is the State Highway 19 Bridge at Trinity River. You can find it on Highway 19, right on the border between Trinity and Walker counties. This bridge was added to the National Register of Historic Places on December 1, 2004. Like the swinging bridge, it also extends into Walker County, helping people travel across the Trinity River.

Trinity County Courthouse Square

The Trinity County Courthouse Square is located at 162 West First Street in Groveton. It's where US Highway 287 meets Texas Highway 94. This historic square was added to the National Register on September 10, 2004. Courthouses are often the heart of a county, and this one has seen a lot of history unfold!
