History of Nesbit
Nesbit had a post office that opened in 1887. A post office is where people can send and receive mail. This office helped the community connect with others. It stayed open for many years, closing in 1905.
A local business owner named the community. They named it after their company, which was called Nesbit, McKay and Company.
