Nicholai Olivia "Nicky" Rothschild (born Hilton on October 5, 1983) is an American fashion designer, model, and socialite. A socialite is someone who is well-known in high society and attends many social events. She is part of the famous Hilton family because of her parents. In 2015, she married James Rothschild, who is part of the Rothschild family. Nicky is also the younger sister of Paris Hilton.

Nicky Hilton was born on October 5, 1983, in New York City. She grew up in Los Angeles with her parents, Richard Hilton and Kathy Hilton. She was named after her granduncle, Conrad "Nicky" Hilton Jr..

She was raised Catholic and has a mix of European backgrounds, including Norwegian, German, and Italian. In 2001, Nicky graduated from Convent of the Sacred Heart, which is an all-girls Catholic school in New York City. She also took classes at the Fashion Institute of Technology and Parsons The New School for Design, but she did not get a degree from these schools.

Nicky Hilton has had a busy career in fashion and other areas.
Fashion Design
Nicky started her own clothing line in 2004. She also designed stylish handbags for a Japanese company called Samantha Thavasa. In 2007, she launched a second clothing line called Nicholai. This line featured more expensive items. Nicholai even had its own fashion show in New York City in 2007.
In 2010, Nicky launched a jewelry line. These pieces were inspired by the Art Deco style and were designed to be fashionable. She also worked with Linea Pelle in 2015 to create a special collection of classic handbags. Nicky wanted these bags to be timeless, not just a passing trend.
Later, in 2017, Nicky announced a collaboration with Tolani for a "Mommy and Me" collection. This collection, which included matching outfits for mothers and children, came out in 2018. She launched a second collection with Tolani in 2019, inspired by her travels. In February 2019, Nicky also started her first shoe collection with French Sole, which launched later that year.
More recently, in October 2024, Nicky worked with Australian designer Rebecca Vallance. They created a fashion collection called "The Nicky Hilton for Rebecca Vallance Holiday Collection." This collection was launched around her 41st birthday.
Modeling Work
In 2005, Nicky Hilton was a model for an Australian underwear brand called Antz Pantz. She appeared in their campaigns alongside Kimberly Stewart. Around the same time, Nicky was featured on the cover of Lucire magazine for its New Zealand and Romanian versions.
Other Projects
In 2014, Nicky published her first book, called 365 Style. This book was published by Harlequin Enterprises, which is part of HarperCollins.
In 2015, Nicky worked with Smashbox, a makeup brand. Together, they created a special makeup line. This line included three limited-edition makeup kits that were inspired by cats.
Personal Life
On August 15, 2004, Nicky Hilton married her childhood friend, Todd Meister, in Las Vegas, Nevada. However, their marriage was ended less than three months later. Nicky and Todd explained that they had married suddenly and traveled often, which made it difficult to stay together.
In 2011, Nicky started dating James Rothschild. He is a financier and a member of the well-known Rothschild family. Nicky and James got engaged on August 12, 2014. They were married on July 10, 2015, in London, England. Nicky and James now have three children together.
