Nicole Eggert (born January 13, 1972) is an American actress. She is famous for playing Jamie Powell in the TV show Charles in Charge. She also played Summer Quinn in the popular series Baywatch. Nicole has appeared in many other TV shows and movies.

Early life
Nicole Eggert was born in Glendale, California. Her mother, Gina Duncan, was a talent agent from Britain. Her father, Rolf Eggert, was a business executive from Germany. Nicole's journey to becoming an actress started very early. Her mother entered her in beauty contests when she was young.
At just five years old, Nicole won a "Miss Universe" title in the petite division. An agent noticed her and offered her a role. This led to her first acting job in a Johnson's baby shampoo commercial.
Acting career
Nicole started acting in films and TV shows when she was young. In 1980, at age eight, she acted in the movie Rich and Famous. She played the young daughter of a character played by Candice Bergen. That same year, she voiced Margaret Wade in an animated special called Dennis the Menace in Mayday for Mother.
TV shows and popular roles
From 1985 to 1986, Nicole had a role on Who's the Boss?. She played Marci Ferguson, a friend of Samantha Micelli (Alyssa Milano). In 1987, she got a main role in the TV comedy Charles in Charge. She played Jamie Powell for many years.
In 1989, Nicole hosted the Nickelodeon Kids' Choice Awards. She was also the first guest star on The Super Mario Bros. Super Show!. Later, she starred as Alexa Adams in the TV movie Secrets (1992).
Nicole became very well-known for her role in Baywatch. She played Summer Quinn, a lifeguard, from 1992 to 1994. She later returned for the Baywatch reunion movie in 2003. She also appeared in an episode of Married... with Children in 1996.
Later career and reality TV
In 2004, Nicole was on the reality show The Real Gilligan's Island. She played the character of Ginger. In 2007, she appeared on Scott Baio Is 45...and Single, which featured her Charles in Charge co-star.
In 2009, Nicole joined the reality show Celebrity Fit Club on VH1. She also appeared on the Comedy Central Roast of David Hasselhoff in 2010.
In 2013, Nicole was a contestant on Splash. This was a celebrity diving show on ABC. She was injured during filming but said it was not a serious injury. In 2014, Nicole started a new business. She became the owner and operator of an ice-cream truck. In 2019, she appeared in an episode of the TV series Back in the Game.
Personal life
Nicole Eggert has two daughters. Her first daughter, Dilyn, was born in 1998. Her second daughter was born in 2011. Nicole has never been married. She was once engaged to actor Corey Haim. They starred together in a few movies in the early 1990s.
