Frank Ross (born December 23, 1977), known by his stage name Nitty, is an American rapper. He comes from The Bronx, New York.
Nitty's Music Journey
Nitty started his music career in 2002. He became well-known for his songs "Nasty Girl" and "Hey Bitty." "Nasty Girl" was a huge hit! It reached the number one spot in sales in the United States in October 2004. It also debuted at number one in Australia in 2005.
His Albums and Style
Nitty released his album Player's Paradise in 2005. In an interview, Nitty shared that he wanted to be a "nice-guy rapper." He preferred to make lighthearted songs and videos, instead of the usual serious or edgy rap music.
After Player's Paradise, Nitty continued to work in music. He became a producer, helping to create songs for other artists. Today, he is an independent artist, which means he manages his own music career.
