Norika Fujiwara (藤原 紀香, Fujiwara Norika, born June 28, 1971) is a talented Japanese actress, model, and beauty queen. She became Miss Nippon in 1992, which is a big beauty pageant in Japan. Early Life and Career Beginnings
Norika Fujiwara was born in Nishinomiya, a city in Hyōgo Prefecture, Japan. After working as a model for several years, she started a career as a journalist and spokesperson. She even became an ambassador for friendship between Japan and South Korea during the 2002 FIFA World Cup. She also reported from the 2004 Olympics in Greece.
Acting and Voice Work
Norika has worked in many exciting areas, including video games and anime. She was the main character, Alicia, in the PlayStation 2 game Project Minerva (2002). This game was about a team fighting against rogue robots. She also lent her voice to Princess Fiona in the Japanese versions of the Shrek movies.

Norika married Kataoka Ainosuke VI, a famous Kabuki actor, on September 23, 2016. They wore traditional Japanese wedding clothes for their ceremony. The couple held their wedding celebration in Tokyo.
