Norma Luz Irene Duarte Palafox (born October 14, 1998) is a professional football player from Mexico. She is also known as Norma Duarte or Norma Palafox. Norma plays as a forward for the Liga MX Femenil club Juárez.

Norma Palafox's Club Football Journey
Playing for Guadalajara
Norma Palafox started her professional career with Guadalajara. Her first game was on May 3, 2017, in the Copa MX Femenil. Later, on July 29, she played her first Liga MX Femenil match.
On September 3, Norma scored her first goal for the team. This was in a big 6–0 win against Santos Laguna.
One of her biggest achievements with Guadalajara was winning the first-ever Liga MX Femenil title. This happened in the 2017 Apertura final. Guadalajara beat Pachuca in an exciting second game. Norma scored a key goal in that final match. She finished the 2017 Apertura season with 8 goals in 18 games.
After this success, Norma took a break to be on a reality TV show. She later returned to the team and signed a new contract. In 2021, she left Guadalajara again to join another TV show called Exatlon United States.
Moving to Pachuca
On December 20, 2020, Norma Palafox moved to play for Pachuca. This was a new step in her football career.
Joining Atlas
Later, on June 21, 2022, Norma signed with Atlas. She continued to play in the Liga MX Femenil with this new club.
Norma Palafox's International Career
Playing for Mexico's Youth Teams
Norma Palafox also represented her country, Mexico. On November 27, 2017, she was called to join the under-20 national team.
She was part of the team that won the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship in 2018. This was a big win for the young Mexican team. Norma played one game in that tournament. It was against the United States on January 23, 2018.
