Discovering North Cape
What is an Unincorporated Community?
An unincorporated community like North Cape is a group of homes and businesses that are not officially part of a larger city or town. These areas are usually governed by the county they are in. North Cape is found within Racine County. It stretches across parts of two different towns: Norway and Raymond.
A Famous Resident of North Cape
Even though North Cape is a small place, it was once home to a notable person. Adam Apple (1831–1905) lived on a farm right here in North Cape. He was a politician, which means he was involved in how the government was run. Politicians work to make laws and decisions that affect people in their area.
