North High Bridge Park is a cool city park in Saint Paul, Minnesota. It's about 0.85 acres big, which is like a small soccer field. You can find it on the bluffs, high above the Mississippi River. Community Gates
The Community Gates sculpture was made by an artist named Craig David. It was finished in 2004. This artwork uses old, recycled materials. The gates themselves were once part of a church called St. Stanislaus Kostka Catholic Church. The granite stones and pavers came from the Saint Paul Department of Public Works. It's a cool example of how old things can become new art!
Green Chair
The Green Chair is a unique sculpture that looks like a giant chair. Joel Sisson first put it in the park in 1995. The original chair was part of a project called the Green Chair Project. It was even shown at the Walker Art Center in Minneapolis. In 2002, the sculpture was rebuilt using stronger materials. This helps it last longer in all kinds of weather.
Peace Pole
A Peace Pole was added to the park in 1997 by a Girl Scout troop. This pole has a special message: "May peace prevail on the earth." This message is written in four different languages. You can read it in English, Spanish, Hmong, and Czech. It's a symbol of hope for peace around the world.
The Watcher
The Watcher sculpture was created by Zoran Mojsilov in 1995. This artwork was made using leftover rocks. These rocks were originally used to build garden walls right there in the park. It's another great example of how artists can use materials found nearby to create something new and interesting.
