What Does the Church Look Like?
This church is a single-story building. It is made of wood and has a pointed roof. The outside walls are covered with clapboards. These are long, thin boards that overlap.
The front of the church looks like an ancient Greek temple. It has four tall, fluted columns. These columns support a large triangular shape called a pediment. This pediment sits above the main entrance. The inside part of the pediment is smooth.
The entrance area has two doorways. Each doorway has flat, decorative columns next to it. These are called pilasters. They stand behind the main columns.
The Church Tower and Bell
On top of the church, there is a tall tower. This tower has three parts. A bell was added to the tower in 1888.
