- Later, in 1983, it joined with a company called Leaf.
- Then, in 1992, Nabisco bought it.
- In 2002, Farley's & Sathers Candy Company took over.
- Finally, in 2012, Farley's & Sathers joined with Ferrara Pan Candy Company. The new company became known as Ferrara Candy Company. They make Now and Later today!
