Noyers-Bocage facts for kids
Noyers-Bocage was once a small town, known in France as a commune. It was located in the northwest of France, in a region called Basse-Normandie. This area is also part of a larger administrative division known as the Calvados department.
Like many places, Noyers-Bocage changed over time. On January 1, 2016, it joined with another commune to form a new, larger commune called Noyers-Missy. Then, just one year later, on January 1, 2017, Noyers-Missy (which now included the former Noyers-Bocage) became part of an even bigger commune named Val d'Arry. This kind of change helps local governments work more efficiently.
