Ol' Brown Ears is Back is a fun music and comedy record from The Jim Henson Company. It was released in 1993 by BMG Kidz. This special album has 14 songs sung by Jim Henson as his famous Muppet character, Rowlf the Dog.
Even though the album came out three years after Jim Henson passed away, all the songs were actually recorded much earlier in 1984. You could buy the album as a CD or a cassette tape. The cassette version even came with a cool poster!
The album's title, Ol' Brown Ears is Back, is a playful nod to a famous album by singer Frank Sinatra from 1973, which was called Ol' Blue Eyes Is Back.
