Old Tom is a fun Australian animated television series. It is based on a series of popular books by Leigh Hobbs. The show was produced by Yoram Gross. It first aired in Australia and France from 2001 to 2002. Later, it was also shown in the UK and US in 2002.

The series tells the exciting stories of Angela Throgmorton and her cat, Old Tom. Angela treats Old Tom as if he were her own son. Both characters are a bit quirky and always get into funny situations. They create lots of mischief together. The famous voice actor Keith Scott provides the voice for Old Tom.

In Australia, you can still watch re-runs of Old Tom. It is shown on the children's network, ABC3.
