Olufolasade "Sade" Adamolekun (born 21 February 2001) is a professional footballer. She plays as a forward or a midfielder for Heart of Midlothian. Sade was born in the United States. She plays for the Jamaican national team. Before joining Heart of Midlothian, she played for the USC Trojans.

Early Life and High School Soccer
Sade Adamolekun was born in Austin, Texas. Her father is Nigerian, and her mother is Jamaican. She grew up with her older brother, Nathaniel.
Sade showed great talent in soccer from a young age. In 2016, she won an award as a freshman at Lake Travis High School. The next year, she scored 22 goals as a sophomore at Fleming Island High School. She also received national awards in 2017 and 2018.
College Soccer at USC
In 2019, Sade received a soccer scholarship. She joined the University of Southern California (USC). Even with many call-ups to the Jamaican national team, she did very well. She was named to the "All Freshman Team" for her conference in 2019.

Santa Clarita Blue Heat FC
In 2021, Sade was part of the Santa Clarita Blue Heat team. They won the United Women's Soccer National Championship. She helped her team win with a goal and an assist in the final game.
Playing for Hearts
In August 2023, Sade joined Heart of Midlothian. This team plays in the Scottish Women's Premier League. She signed a one-year contract with an option to extend it.
International Career
Sade has played for Jamaica at many levels. She started with youth teams and moved up to the senior national team.
Youth National Teams
Sade began playing for youth national teams very early. At age 13, she attended training camps for the United States U14 team. She also joined U15 and U17 US national team camps.
Later, she accepted a call-up to the Jamaica U-17 team. This was for the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-17 Championship qualification in 2017. She was the top goal scorer in that tournament. She scored 4 goals in just 3 games.
At 16, Sade joined the Jamaica U-20 team. She helped them qualify for the 2018 CONCACAF Women's U-20 Championship. She scored important goals, including one that helped Jamaica tie against the United States.
Senior National Team Debut
Sade first played for the senior Jamaican national team in October 2018. She scored two goals in a friendly game. This was a great start to her senior career.
FIFA Women's World Cup 2019
In 2019, Sade was named to Jamaica's team for the 2019 FIFA Women's World Cup squads. She was only 18 years old. This was a huge moment for her and for Jamaica. It was the first time a Caribbean team played in a Women's World Cup.
Sade was one of the youngest players in the tournament. She was even called one of the top 10 teenagers to watch. She made her World Cup debut against Italy in June 2019.

Personal Life and Leadership
Sade's brother, Nathaniel Adamolekun, is also a footballer. She attended high school in both Texas and Florida.
Sade has also shown leadership off the field. She was a member of the Jack and Jill of America organization. She volunteered many hours to support educational and community programs.
In 2020, Sade co-founded the United Black Student Athletes Association (UBSAA) at USC. She wanted to encourage student-athletes to use their voices for positive change.
