One City Centre is a really tall building, also known as a skyscraper, located in Houston, Texas, United States. It's a famous landmark in the city's downtown area.

One City Centre is a huge office building that stands 410 feet (125 meters) tall. That's about as tall as 32 regular floors stacked on top of each other! It's built with strong materials like glass, steel, and concrete, making it a very modern and impressive structure.
Building History
This skyscraper was finished building in 1960. When it was built, it was a very important building for Houston. It was the first really modern office skyscraper to be built in the downtown area. It used to be called the First City National Bank Building.
Cool Features
One City Centre is one of the tallest buildings in Houston. In fact, it's the 46th tallest building in the whole city! There's even a cool message sign on the parking garage. It's made of hundreds of lights that flash fun animations. These lights work with the evening shows of water and light at the Main Street Square fountain nearby. It's a neat sight to see at night!
