Pablo Chiapella Cámara (born on December 1, 1976) is a Spanish actor. Many people know him as Chape. He is most famous for playing Amador Rivas in the TV show La que se avecina.

About Pablo Chiapella

Pablo Chiapella grew up in a city called Albacete. He was born in Ayora, Valencia, and spent much of his younger years there. First, he studied to become a Physical Education teacher. But then, he decided he wanted to be an actor. So, he went on to get a degree in Dramatic Arts. This means he learned how to act for plays and movies.

Early Acting Career

Pablo started acting in the year 2000. His first roles were on a TV channel called Paramount Comedy. He even played the main character in a show called El capitán Sevilla y el Centurión Chape.

In 2004, he acted in a play called Alguien voló sobre el nido del cuco. This play was based on a famous movie. He also appeared in several TV series. These included Lobos (which means Wolves) on Antena 3. He was also in Hospital Central on Telecinco. On TVE, he played a lawyer in Al filo de la ley. He also played a journalist in Fuera de control.

Becoming a TV Star

In 2006, Pablo had a small role in the last season of Aquí no hay quien viva. This show was on Antena 3. He played a character named Alfonso "Moncho" Heredia.

Since 2007, he has played a very popular character. He is Amador Rivas in the TV series La que se Avecina. This show is broadcast on Telecinco. This role made him very well-known in Spain.

Movies and Other Projects

Pablo Chiapella also acted in his first full movie in 2002. It was called La vida mancha (Life stains). It was directed by Henry Urbizu.

He has also performed in stage plays. He played the character Tenorio in a play called El burlador de Sevilla.

Pablo is part of a comedy group. It is called El cuarteto de Albacete. This group includes other comedians like Joaquín Reyes, Ernesto Sevilla, and Raúl Cimas. They all starred together in a show called La hora chanante.
