The Parliament of Georgia is the main law-making body in the country of Georgia. It is the only group that can create and pass laws for the entire nation. This Parliament is unicameral, which means it has only one main chamber or group of members.
There are 150 members in the Parliament of Georgia. These members are called deputies. They are chosen by the people of Georgia through a vote. Once elected, they serve in Parliament for a period of four years.
