Patrick Murray, 1st Earl of Tullibardine (died 1644) was an important Scottish nobleman. He lived during the 17th century and was connected to the royal court.

Patrick was the son of John Murray, 1st Earl of Tullibardine, and Catherine Drummond. His mother was a daughter of Lord Drummond.

He served King James VI and I as a "gentleman of the bedchamber." This meant he was a trusted attendant to the King. He was knighted on July 25, 1603, during King James I's coronation. In 1607, he dined with the King in London at the Clothworker's Hall. He was also made a member of the Clothworker's Company.

In 1617, Patrick Murray became the keeper of the royal parks at Theobalds House. This was an important role, looking after the King's lands.

Patrick Murray became the Earl of Tullibardine in January 1628. This happened after his older brother, William Murray, 2nd Earl of Tullibardine, was given a new title, Earl of Atholl. Being an Earl meant he was a high-ranking noble.
