Paul P. Boswell (born June 12, 1905 – died March 3, 1982) was an important American figure. He was both a skilled medical doctor and a dedicated politician.

Early Life and Education

Paul P. Boswell was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. He later attended Central High School in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As an African-American, he worked hard to achieve his goals. He graduated from Lincoln University in 1929. Later, he earned his medical degree from the University of Minnesota Medical School in 1939.

A Doctor and Politician

After finishing his studies, Dr. Boswell practiced medicine. He worked as a doctor at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. Besides his medical career, Paul Boswell also served in politics. He was a member of the Illinois House of Representatives in 1965 and 1966. He belonged to the Republican Party. This role meant he helped make laws for the state of Illinois.

Paul P. Boswell passed away on March 3, 1982, at Michael Reese Hospital and Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
