Paul Anthony Pholeros AM (born 1953, died 1 February 2016) was a very special Australian architect. He was known for designing buildings, but he also worked hard to make life better for people. Paul studied architecture at the University of Sydney, finishing his degrees in 1974 and 1976.

In 1984, Paul started his own architecture company, Paul Pholeros Architects. He also became a leader at Healthabitat. This is a non-profit group that helps people who don't have good homes. They work to improve houses and make them healthier.

Paul was also a professor of architecture at the University of Sydney. He helped lead a group called Emergency Architects Australia. This group helps design and build things after disasters. In 2007, Paul was given a special award, the Order of Australia (AM). He received it for his amazing work helping the health of Indigenous people in Australia and the Torres Strait Islands.

Paul Pholeros passed away on 1 February 2016, when he was 62 years old.
