Pedro César Dominici was a very active person in the world of writing and politics. He helped start a magazine called Cosmópolis. He did this with his friends and fellow writers, Luis Urbaneja Archepohl and Pedro Emilio Coll.
He also wrote many articles for a famous magazine called El Cojo Ilustrado. In his hometown of Carúpano, he even started two newspapers. These newspapers were named El Noticiero and El Bien Público.
