Eurovision Song Contest

Petr Elfimov sang for Belarus in the Eurovision Song Contest 2009. This big music competition was held in Moscow, Russia. Petr performed a rock/pop song called Eyes That Never Lie. He won the chance to represent Belarus on January 19, 2009.

In the first semi-final, Petr was the fourth singer to perform. His song did not make it to the final round. He finished 13th out of 18 acts, getting 25 points. However, Petr had been to Eurovision before! In 2004, he was one of the backing singers for Aleksandra and Konstantin.

Slavianski Bazaar Winner

In 2004, Petr Elfimov won the Grand Prix award at the Slavianski Bazaar in Vitebsk. This is a very important international arts festival held in Belarus. Winning this award showed how talented Petr is as a singer.

KVN Student Game
