Phil McSpadden is a very successful softball coach. He has coached the Oklahoma City University (OCU) softball team since 1988. His team is called the OCU Stars.

He has led the OCU Stars to win eleven national titles. These championships were in the NAIA. The NAIA is a sports organization for smaller colleges and universities.
