Philbert Frog is a fun animated TV show from Britain. It was made by Fat City Films and produced by Heather Pedley and Philbert Frog Ltd. Vincent James created the series. It first aired on the BBC on September 24, 1993, and finished on December 17, 1993.
The show is about Philbert, a frog who is a bit forgetful but always full of energy and silly ideas! He lives in a make-believe place called Noggit Wood. In each episode, Philbert and his friends go on wild and funny adventures.
Philbert's friends are:
- Herbert Hedgehog
- Melvin Mouse
- Willie Worm (who once tried to dig to Mars!)
- Monty Mole
- Oscar Owl
- Bertie Bird
- Tiffany Tortoise (who is very sensible)
The series had 13 episodes, and each one was about 5 minutes long. After showing on the BBC, it also aired on TCC. Kids in other countries, like Australia on the ABC, also got to watch Philbert's adventures.
