Pinecrest Gardens is a fun park in Pinecrest, Florida. It covers about 20 acres (which is about 81,000 square meters). You can find it at the corner of Southwest 111th Street and Southwest 57th Avenue.

This park used to be the home of a famous animal park called Parrot Jungle. It first opened way back in 1936! Parrot Jungle moved to Miami in 2003. In 2011, Pinecrest Gardens was added to the National Register of Historic Places. This means it's a special place with important history. It's officially known as the Parrot Jungle Historic District.

Today, Pinecrest Gardens is a wonderful place to visit. It has many cool things to see and do. You can explore beautiful botanical gardens with lots of plants. There's also a special exhibit where you can see colorful butterflies. Kids love the petting zoo and the fun splash-n-play area. You might even spot swans swimming in the lake!
