Bringing it Back to Life
In 2007, the City of Lufkin bought the Pines Theater. They wanted to make sure this historic building was saved. From 2009 to 2012, the city worked hard to restore the theater. They fixed it up to look like it did when it was new. Now, the Pines Theater can be enjoyed by everyone in Lufkin.
