On September 8, 2019, a huge pizza party happened in Rome, Italy. It was held at the Ippodromo Capannelle. A total of 1,146 people ate pizza together at this event. It was one of the biggest pizza parties ever held in one place!
World's Biggest Online Pizza Party
During 2020, many events moved online. On September 18, 2020, a company called Hormel Foods hosted the world's largest virtual pizza party. More than 3,000 people joined this party using Zoom! To break the record, at least 500 photos of people eating pizza needed to be uploaded during the one-hour event. They ended up with 907 photos, setting a new record for an online pizza party.

In August 2021, something truly amazing happened. Astronauts aboard the International Space Station (ISS) had the very first pizza party in space!
