Story of the Film
The movie takes place in a world just above our heads, where city birds live in trees and on street corners. It tells the story of these everyday birds.
- Feifi is a pet canary who escapes from her cage. She belonged to a rich businessman named Mr. Puertas. Feifi wants to start a new life as a free bird.
- Juan is a house sparrow who feels very ordinary. He thinks his kind of bird is not special. But Juan accidentally changes how he looks. This change makes him feel unique, but it also puts him in danger.
The film follows Feifi and Juan as they try to find their place in the big city. They learn about friendship, freedom, and what it means to be truly special.

How the Film Was Made
The animation for Plumíferos was created by Manos Digitales Animation Studio. They used a special computer program called Blender for all the 3D models, animation, lighting, and rendering. They also used other open-source software.
This film is special because it was the first full-length movie to be 100% animated using Blender. This shows how powerful open-source tools can be for making big projects!
