Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre (born May 18, 1987) is a famous actress, model, and former singer from Argentina. She was part of the pop-rock band Erreway between 2002 and 2004. Luisana is known for her roles in many popular TV shows and movies.

Early Life and Family
Luisana Lopilato was born to Eduardo Lopilato and Beatriz de la Torre. She has an older sister, Daniela, who is also an actress, and an older brother, Darío Lopilato, who is an actor too. Her family has roots in Spain and Italy. Luisana grew up in a Christian family and has shared that her faith is very important to her.
Television Career
Starting Out with Chiquititas (1999–2001)
Luisana started acting very young. She made her first TV appearance in 1997 at age 10 in the series Chiquititas. She also appeared in Mi familia es un dibujo in 1998. Luisana began modeling and starring in TV commercials when she was just 5 years old.
In 1999, when she was 12, Luisana got her first big role as Luisana Maza in Chiquititas. This was a very popular TV show created by Cris Morena. This role helped Luisana become famous in Argentina. She also recorded songs for four Chiquititas albums. She even appeared in a Chiquititas mini-series and a spin-off movie.
Rebelde Way and the Band Erreway (2002–2006)
In 2002, Luisana got another important role as Mía Colucci in the TV series Rebelde Way. This show was also created by Cris Morena. In Rebelde Way, Luisana starred alongside Benjamín Rojas, Felipe Colombo, and Camila Bordonaba. Together, they formed a pop-rock band called Erreway.
Erreway released three successful albums: Señales (2002), Tiempo (2003), and Memoria (2004). These albums sold over 5 million copies! Their movie, Erreway: 4 caminos, released in 2004, was also very popular. Luisana left Erreway in 2007.
Casados con Hijos and Other Shows (2006–2009)
After Rebelde Way, Luisana received many acting offers. She joined Pol-Ka Productions and appeared in two telenovelas, Los Secretos de Papá and Los Pensionados. In 2005, Luisana starred in Casados con Hijos, which was an Argentine version of the American show Married... with Children. She played Paola Argento, a character similar to the one played by Christina Applegate in the original show.
Luisana was nominated for an award for her role in Casados con Hijos. She also worked with Cris Morena again on the show Alma Pirata. In 2007, Luisana hosted the Latin American MTV Awards. She also appeared in the TV comedy El Capo. Gente magazine even named her "The Face of the Year."
From 2008 to 2009, Luisana starred in the series Atracción x4. In 2009, she appeared in the film Papá por un Día. Her animated movie, Plumíferos, was released in 2010.
International Work (2010–2011)
In 2010, Luisana finished filming the TV series Alguien que me quiera. In this show, she played Bianca Rivera, a kind young woman who faced many challenges for love.
In late 2010, Luisana announced her plans to marry Canadian singer Michael Bublé. After finishing her TV show, she joined Michael Bublé on his "Crazy Love" music tour. In 2011, Luisana made her first movie outside of Argentina. It was a Spanish thriller called Predeterminados, where she played a character named Vera.
New Roles and Movies (2012–2014)
Luisana joined the cast of the TV series Lobo in 2012, playing a villain. In 2014, she starred in an Italian miniseries called A Good Season. In 2013, she played a young cancer patient in the Argentine version of the show In Treatment, called En terapia. She was nominated for an award for this role.
In 2014, Luisana starred in the comedy film Las Insoladas. After this movie, she announced her next film project, Los que aman, odian, which was based on a book.
Recent Work (2015-Present)
In 2015, Luisana returned to Argentine TV in an episode of the mini-series Variaciones Walsh. She also went to Hollywood to act in her first North American film, Fair Market Value. In the same year, she was a judge on the talent show Tu Cara Me Suena.
Luisana continues to act in various projects. In 2023, she starred in the theater play Casados con Hijos, bringing her popular character Paola Argento back to the stage. She also appeared in the movies Predeterminados and Il cacio con le pere in 2023.
Singing Career
From Chiquititas to Erreway
Luisana started her singing career in the TV series Chiquititas. She sang on the show's albums with other actors. After Chiquititas, the creator, Cris Morena, hired Luisana for a new series called Rebelde Way. From this show, the pop group Erreway was formed. Luisana, Benjamín Rojas, Felipe Colombo, and Camila Bordonaba were the four main actors chosen for the group. They released three studio albums: Señales (2002), Tiempo (2003), and Memoria (2004).
Even after the group stopped performing together, their music remained popular. The Rebelde Way series was sold to Spain, and two more compilation albums were released: El Disco de Rebelde Way (2006) and Erreway en Concierto (2006).
Atracción x4 Music
In 2008 and 2009, Luisana was in the TV series Atracción x4 with her brother Darío Lopilato. This series also created a band that released two albums. These albums were very successful and received gold certification in Argentina.
Modeling Career
Luisana has had a long and successful modeling career. She was the face of the underwear brand Promesse for several years. She also worked for Ultimo lingerie. Luisana has appeared in many commercials in Argentina and Israel. She started modeling as a child, even before she was 7 years old, doing TV commercials. She has worked for many well-known brands like 47 Street, John Foos, Axe, BlackBerry, Swatch, Coca-Cola, McDonald's, L'Oréal Elvive, and Gillette.
Personal Life
Luisana Lopilato has been in a relationship with Canadian singer Michael Bublé since 2009. She even appeared in his music video for the song "Haven't Met You Yet", which he wrote for her. Luisana and Michael got married on March 31, 2011, in Argentina, with a bigger ceremony in April.
They have four children together. Their first son, Noah, was born on August 27, 2013. Their second son, Elias, was born on January 21, 2016. Their daughter, Vida, was born on July 26, 2018, and their youngest daughter, Cielo, was born on August 19, 2022. In 2016, their oldest son, Noah, was diagnosed with liver cancer, but he has since recovered. The family lives in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. In 2023, Luisana became a Canadian citizen.
