For example, you can find a large El Corte Inglés department store. Right across from it, there's a building with a giant thermometer on its side – it's a cool landmark! You'll also see popular international clothing stores like Zara, Massimo Dutti, and Benetton.
Because it's such a popular spot for shops, it's also a very expensive street for businesses to rent space. In 2013, it was actually the most expensive street in Spain for renting shops!
