Puerto Nuevo is a small town in Playas de Rosarito Municipality, Baja California, Mexico. It is located right on the Pacific Coast of Mexico. In 2010, about 135 people lived there. Puerto Nuevo is super famous for being the "Lobster Village" of Baja California.

Puerto Nuevo is easy to find. It's just a 10-minute drive south from the town of Rosarito Beach. If you're coming from Ensenada, it's about 40 miles north.
Things to Do in Puerto Nuevo
This town is a popular spot for visitors. You can find several hotels and many restaurants here. Most of these restaurants are known for serving delicious lobster, which is the local specialty. The town also has regular shops and pharmacies, just like most other towns.
Surfing at Captain Ron's
If you love to surf, there's a famous surf spot called "Captain Ron's." It's only about 5 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo.
