History of the Pullo Center

Around 1990, the city of York gave about 30 acres of land to the Penn State York Campus. This land was given with a special agreement. The city wanted a place for performing arts to be built there. This new venue would be for everyone in the community to enjoy. Penn State would be in charge of it.

Fifteen years later, in August 2005, the Pullo Center officially opened its doors. It has been a popular spot for entertainment and learning ever since.
