Queen Nwokoye was born in Lagos State, Nigeria. Her family comes from Anambra State, which is in the southeastern part of Nigeria. She started her education at Air Force Primary School.

She went to Queen's College in Enugu for her secondary school. After that, she studied Sociology and Anthropology at Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Awka, Anambra State.
