History
Queensville has an interesting past that goes back many years. The community was first started in 1848. When it was first created, it had a different name. It was known as Lynnville back then.
A few years later, in 1855, the people living there decided to change the name. That's when the community officially became known as Queensville.
Queensville also had its own post office for a long time. The post office first opened its doors in 1847. It helped people send and receive mail for many decades. However, the post office eventually closed down in 1927.
